We would be happy to answer any questions before the booking is made.
If the dates you request are available you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% to guarantee your booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday starts. If you have to cancel, every effort will be made to re-let the cottage at the same price that you booked it, if we manage to re-let we will be happy to refund your deposit less any costs incurred. Please let us know asap if you need to cancel so that we can try to re-let. If there is a late cancellation (within 4 weeks of the holiday) we will try to re-let so that  the balance of your holiday payment can be refunded.
Our usual changeover day is Friday but we can be flexible in this. Short breaks and those booked last minute are available for a minimum of 3 nights and are charged pro-rata.
