Introduction

The cottage combines its original character with excellent facilities to provide a comfortable base from which to explore this area designated for its outstanding natural beauty.

Conservatory/Dining Room

Enter via the conservatory; this spacious room is a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or evening meal in relaxing surroundings looking out over the garden, adjacent field and a view across the village. The pine table seats 4/6 people with plenty of space. Or sit in this room enjoy the sun and plan your days activities.

Sitting Room

With a quiet & welcoming feel the sitting room is a comfortable place to relax and benefits from a wood burning fire for spending a warm & cosy evening. There is a flat screen t.v, dvd player with an assortment of dvds & a cd player for your entertainment.

Kitchen/ Utility

There is a well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave & a small breakfast bar that seats 2. A downstairs cloakroom having a w.c. & basin also houses an automatic washing machine, large fridge freezer, clothes airer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and Bathroom

The cottage has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is extremely spacious, light & airy with a king sized bed, large wardrobe & dual aspect windows. The second sited in the original part of the cottage has a double bed & a more intimate snug feel. Hairdryers are provided in both rooms.

There is a bathroom with independent shower over bath & heated towel rail.
